ST JUDE'S SCHOOL TOUR BOOKING FORM

We are delighted that you are considering St Jude’s as a school for your child.

Each year we enjoy meeting families who are interested in applying for a place in Reception and the other year groups.

Our website has a great deal of information, sharing our curriculum offer and what the children learn in each year group. You may also wish to consider the Ofsted Parent View which shows how the St Jude’s families feel happy, inspired and loved.

When applying for a Reception place at St Jude’s, families need to complete a Common Application Form (CAF) and a Supplementary Information Form (SIF). A Supplementary Information Form is only required when you are applying for a Foundation Place (a place for pupils who worship with their parent/carer regularly in an Anglican or other Christian Church).
