ST JUDE'S SCHOOL TOUR BOOKING FORM

We are delighted that you are considering St Jude’s as a school for your child.

Each year we enjoy meeting families who are interested in applying for a place in Reception and the other year groups.

Our website has a great deal of information, sharing our curriculum offer and what the children learn in each year group.

When applying for a Reception place at St Jude’s, families need to complete a Common Application Form (CAF) and a Supplementary Information Form (SIF).

A Supplementary Information Form is only required when you are applying for a Foundation Place (a place for pupils who worship with their parent/carer regularly in an Anglican or other Christian Church).
